Join us in our meeting on August 21 at 8.00 AM PST to explore “Ethical Implications – Awareness beyond the Code of Ethics”, Eva Hirch-Pontes will be bringing a real case for discussion/debriefing. This case from her Supervision experience has been adapted as one of the cases in the book that will be published at the end of this year.

Objectives of the Conference:

Program:
Coaching SuperVision in the Americas – Searching for a Spiritual Path is a two-day conference that invites us, as coaching supervisors, to examine our practice through a spiritual lens. Topics include:

· The intersect between spirituality and supervision,
· Embracing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging,
· The opportunities to experience group supervision and
· Round Tables on contemporary topics and issues

Erik de Haan is Director of the Hult Ashridge Centre for Coaching and Professor of Organisation Development and Coaching at the VU University Amsterdam and has published nearly 200 professional and research articles and 14 books, covering his main fields of expertise as a leadership and organizational consultant, facilitator, and coach.
Erik will be our opening keynote at our 6th annual Americas Coaching SuperVision Conference, speaking on relational team coaching and team coaching supervision. This will be a unique opportunity to engage with Erik in advance of the conference!
