It is well known that diverse teams and groups statistically make better decisions and offer broader perspectives. Deeper consideration reveals that the outcome of more information has its roots in, and perhaps beyond geography, ethnicity, gender, or other differences. Appreciative inquiry directly addresses what now has been coined as “Cognitive Diversity.” In the November ACSN session, we will explore how different ways of thinking may more than enhance the critical reflective processes in both Coaching and Coaching SuperVision.
