In this session, Dr. Michel Moral presents on challenges of coach supervisors working internally in organizations.
As we move towards becoming a coach supervisor there are many things to learn and many things to unlearn too. This interactive session offers a perspective on how we need to go beyond the principles which guided us to become a good coaching practitioner and to develop a new mindset that may help us keep true to our supervision purpose. Michelle will offer seven principles of a coaching supervision mindset which build on Peter Bluckert’s original seven principles for coaching. The framework is an evolving one – What will resonate for you? What is missing? How could we shape the framework further together?
…A New Lens For Coaching And Coaching Supervision…
With Karyn Prentice and Elaine Patterson
Our Invitation
The 7C’s is a new lens for coaching and coaching supervision, which has been developed by PattersonPrenticeDesigns.
Beyond the practical, technical and rational the 7C’s live in the ever-present field of our shared humanity.
The 7C’s are our innate human capacities for Care, Courage, Curiosity, Connection, Compassion, Creativity and Contemplation which – when we invite them in – can create the space – and the added value – in which we can all learn to flourish in our VUCA world.
The 7C’s have been road tested in an action research project at Guys and St Thomas’ Foundation Hospital in London and have been showcased in the Coaching at Work magazine July/August 2018 edition.
Join Karyn and Elaine for a lively and experiential session, which will introduce you to this powerful new lens; explore each of its petals and think through how you might be able to apply this in your practice. Bring your colored pens and journals! Participants will receive a free copy of the 7C’s Journal and Workbook, which includes a self-assessment template which you can use in your practice.
We are looking forward to seeing you there!!
