Sylvie-Anne is an international Executive and Leadership Coach as well as a Coach Supervisor, Trainer and Mentor with over 25 years of international experience as an executive in senior HR and Development roles across various industries, such as manufacturing, engineering, telecom, accounting, consulting, finance, airlines and healthcare. She holds a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Development, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional. She is CQ certified and a practitioner of The Leadership Circle.
Sylvie-Anne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and she is a Board member of the ICF Doha Chapter.

She is recognized as a positive catalyst for change, enabling leaders to transform and make a significant difference through empowering their people for the betterment of themselves. Following her coaching, clients have demonstrated a higher level of organizational leadership, as well as personal awareness and growth. They recognize Sylvie-Anne for the quality of her interventions that enable management to strengthen their companies’ human capital. As such, she acts as a strategic advisor and Coach to senior management to bring about in-depth change and transformations.

She is also recognized for her skills in managing cross-cultural diversity and supporting leaders in navigating multicultural environments with success. Her previous roles in Qatar were as Executive Director of Performance & Talent and as Head of National Talent Development where she has used her extensive experience as a performance coach, working internally to support the career development of 160 nationalities as well as the Qatarization process within.

Sylvie-Anne’s corporate experience includes Senior Director of Human Capital at PwC and Senior Director, HR, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at Bombardier Inc.

Sylvie-Anne shares her time between Canada, Europe and the Middle East and lives her passion for Executive Coaching, Coaching Supervision, Coach Training and Leadership Development.
