Seth Levenson is an executive coach, team coach and coaching supervisor with an entrepreneurial track record in strategy consulting, executive education, software development, and change management. He helps clients focus their efforts in ways that will drive meaningful change and significant results.
Seth has supervised internal and external coaches, as both individuals and groups. He is on the Faculty at the Hudson Institute, teaching in their coaching certification program. He brings a range of skills and techniques and is especially influenced by Peter Hawkins, Pam McLean and Doug Silsbee.
Seth’s easy style and keen sense of humor allow him to be direct and, as one client noted, “to say things in a way that people can hear them.” He prides himself on what another client called, “being firm and gentle at the same time.” Using head, heart and gut,” Seth is able to listen deeply, make sense of a situation, and offer up questions and suggestions that are both insightful and practical. He then likes to “get out of the way” to let his clients be responsible for their own successes.
He is currently a coach in executive education programs at Harvard Business School, including the Advanced Management Program and the Owner/President Manager Program.
Before becoming an Executive Coach, Seth was Vice President and Founder of the People Solutions Practice at Digitas, then a publicly-traded marketing agency focused on helping its clients connect with customers through multiple channels.
Seth was also a Founder and Chairman of Executive Perspectives where he was responsible for firm management and client delivery until after selling the firm. Early in his career, Seth was a Bain & Company consultant working in consumer marketing and acquisition analysis.
