Richard partners with clients across the Americas, Europe and Asia as an executive coach, coaching supervisor and leadership trainer. He is British / Canadian and currently lives in Mexico as part of a multi-cultural family.

Richard’s fascination with how people navigate complex systems has run through his career from a decade practicing as a strategy consultant, a role in the BBC during a pivotal moment, and in a chief of staff role to a public company chair. He started formally offering coaching in 2019 and coaching supervision in 2024, bringing additional depth to his work.

Richard brings grounded presence and care to his supervision, rooted in professional experience, education in psychology and business, plus his own personal development work including the Hoffman Process. This enables him to appreciate and hold the complexity behind the situations coaches bring.

Richard takes an exploratory and peer-developmental stance to supervision, grounded in Hawkins’ 7-eyed model. In a space of compassion and kindness, we explore the relational and systemic dimensions of coaching practice with curiosity and vulnerability – a dialogue that unlocks greater presence, confidence, and aliveness in coaching.

Richard works primarily with executive coaches in both individual and group supervisions. Coaches consistently report transformation through his work.  “Supervision has transformed my coaching and helped me grow in ways I didn’t realise I needed… This has helped me relax into coaching and find a new found love of it.” This transformation emerges from “un espacio con seguridad psicológica y ‘profound kindness'” – a space where deep exploration becomes possible.
