Monique Connor is an executive coach, accredited coach supervisor, and leadership development consultant. She works with her clients to help them achieve their potential, deepen their skills, enhance their impact, and navigate through career and life so that they experience a greater degree of professional and personal fulfillment.

She completed a successful career as a PwC Partner, retiring after 33 years with the firm. At PwC she led Partner and Leadership Development efforts for the US Firm and was responsible for developing and advancing the talent of the Firm’s 3500+ US Partners. While at PwC, Monique created and led the Firm’s Executive Coaching Center for Partners for a decade. This Center provided professional executive coaching to thousands of partners and served as the model for firmwide executive coaching.

Throughout her 30+ year career, Monique has also delivered achievements in Culture & Change, Strategy Definition & Execution, Client Service, Program/Project Management, and P&L Performance. She also has significant international experience working on business critical matters across cultures and with diverse populations. 

Prior to receiving her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Monique served as a CPA and tax advisor to clients in the investment company industry. Her undergraduate degree is from the Wharton School. She is an accredited coach supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy, a certified Hudson Institute Coach, and a PCC certified coach from the International Coach Federation.
