Maeve has an extensive background in leadership and innovation and brings her 30+ years lived experience in Canada and Ireland and Kuwait. As a leader who has lived in Kuwait, Switzerland, the UK, Ireland and Canada, and with family throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia she brings a unique and experienced appreciation of international culture and diversity.
She is an ICF Certified Executive Coach, a LEADS 360 debrief Coach through the Canadian College of health leaders, a Coach Supervisor, and holds an MA in Interdisciplinary studies, with a focus on conflict and change. As Mentor/Supervisor she holds level 101 and 202 certificates in Transactional Analysis (communication for change), and is a GDEIB practitioner, certified through the IDD (Institute for Developing Across Differences. In her spare time Maeve is a Reiki Master of Urdu tradition and lover of Art and Music.
Maeve works with organizations, groups and individuals in the areas of organizational change, strategic planning, integrating DEI into their everyday practices, she works with individuals in communication, career growth and/or transition. A seasoned facilitator she works with groups and teams in developing team charters, planning and communications.
She has been privileged to work with Indigenous communities of BC as a Coach, and trainer in building their businesses/organizations integrating indigenous culture with accepted western best business practice. A staunch believer in Indigenous Rights she continues to learn and appreciate this primary culture in her adopted land. She is committed to quality leadership appreciation that we are all different, an outcome of our own cultures and values.
