Lilian is a senior executive coach, coach supervisor, and organizational psychologist. Her 20+ year career is built on a foundation of systemic Organizational Development and applied research work for the two of the largest global HR consulting firms, as well as in-house OD/applied research roles at Kaiser Permanente and Nabisco. She has coached and consulted with hundreds of global and US-domestic corporate organizations, across many industries and functions, as well as nonprofit, governmental, start-up, and other types of organizations.
Lilian has received coach supervision since 2007, with senior practitioners such as Nick Smith and Fiona Adamson. Due to her own experience with the benefits of supervision, she was trained and certified as a Coach Supervisor in 2017, as part of one of the first US supervision cohorts. She has since supervised almost 20 executive coaches across the US, Canada, and globally. Lilian comments: “I am very gratified to have been of service to them and the profession in this way, and I would be glad to have a sample session with you!”
Services Offered
Lilian offers Executive Coaching for senior executives, especially those with multi-cultural backgrounds, technical leaders, and women, although I work well with leaders from many backgrounds. Lilian offers individual Coach Supervision for executive coaches: Her deep organizational experience contributes to her quick understanding of the coach’s systemic context and client work; this is her base while primarily providing a supportive, reflective space for each supervisee’s learning and growth as a coach.
Current Credentials
Lilian holds accreditation credentials from the ICF (MCC), EMCC (ESIA), and APECS (Senior Executive Coach). She has completed training and certification as a Coach Supervisor. While she is experienced and certified in many tools, she has particular expertise with the Hogan Leadership Suite, as one of five external referral consultants to that organization.
Education
Lilian earned her Ph.D. (Organizational Behavior, Psychology) and MBA from The Claremont Graduate University, CA. Lilian is a continual learner, and is an active presenter and member for the Global Supervisor’s Network and the Americas Supervision Network, as well as other coaching organizations. With three colleagues, Lilian recently conducted important research on coaching supervision worldwide (in process for publication.)
