Leanne is a kiwi, born in New Zealand, lived and worked in UK & Europe for 25 years, run businesses in UK, US and Asia Pacific and now lives and works in California in US.

Her life is dedicated to a deep, evolving, inquiry into what it is to be a human being. She has been a student of the Diamond Approach for 20years. The Diamond Approach is a spiritual and mystical path which integrates ancient spiritual and mystical wisdom and modern psychology to help people uncover their true potential. She has been training with Thomas Hübl for many years, including his trauma informed coaching and consulting course with Amy Elizabeth Fox. She has spent many years studying Theory U with Presencing Institute and has authored a chapter on Theory U and group supervision. She works somatically, having spent many years training with Wendy Palmer at the Foundation for Conscious Embodiment as well as training in Somatic Experiencing, yoga, dance and 30years practicing Vipassana meditation.

She leads the Coaching Supervision Academy’s Diploma in Coaching Supervision in Americas, Asia Pacific (bilingual course in Chinese) and Japan. She is published in 2 coaching supervision books.

She is a leadership, team and culture coach for Accenture, a fortune 500 company, specializing in psychological safety in organization transformations particularly around Tech & AI. Her previous 15 years were spent working in culture transformation and the mindset/behavioral shifts needed to transform organizations. She has also held roles in Not for Profits (she has many years experience working in addiction), small consultancies and run her own business.

Leanne became a coach in 2003 (CTI), a coaching supervisor in 2006 (CSA), a psycho-spiritual therapist in 2007 (Psychosynthesis Trust), a relationship, systems and team coach in 2009 (ORSCC, GTCI), an embodiment coach in 2012 (Wendy Palmer), and a brain based coach in 2021 (NLI). She is a certified agile coach and is accredited in many psychometric assessments, see below.
