With more than 20 years and over 4500 hours of coaching experience, Lauren is excited to share her knowledge and wisdom to support those on a journey to achieve new heights of coaching confidence and mastery. Lauren is a Certified Coach Supervisor, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC). She has successfully mentored coaches who have achieved their desired certifications at the ACC, PCC and MCC levels. Her mentor coaching and supervision clients appreciate her warm, affirming and supportive presence along with her clear, practical and insightful guidance.

Lauren began her mentor coaching/supervision journey in 2016 with The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC) where she mentors coaches seeking TMBC certifications in StandOut Strengths Coaching and the StandOut Assessment. Energized by the experience, she acquired additional certifications in Mentor Coaching and Coach Supervision to support ICF affiliated coaches. In addition, Lauren did a stint on the faculty of The Life Purpose Institute to facilitate group mentoring programs for their newly trained coaches.

Originally, from Texas, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Technology from the University of Houston. Prior to becoming a coach, Lauren spent fifteen years in marketing program leadership in Silicon Valley. At the pinnacle of her corporate career, she was the Worldwide Marketing Manager for the Customer Education division of Hewlett-Packard. She now lives in beautiful Santa Barbara, California where she enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking and walking on the beach.
