Kendra’s coaching supervision practice invites coaches to expand their capacity to be with their clients through creative reflection. Coaches who work with Kendra find that they stay more resourced, more present, and more attuned to ethical issues in their practice, and also engage their clients with greater creativity and compassion.

Coaching supervision aligns with Kendra’s passion for service. For nearly 29 years, Kendra served as agency counsel in the United States civil service, helping to administer the laws supporting sustainable stewardship of natural resources. Alongside her legal work, Kendra coached women in U.S. government agencies, particularly other women of color, to leverage their creative wisdom and become more empowered and resilient as leaders.

In response to the global systemic upheaval that began in late January 2025, Kendra collaborated with accredited coach supervisors Gavan Ambrosini, Vimla Gulabani, Susan MacIntyre, Dorel Shanon, and Jennifer Tankersley to create Rising Tides Supervision, a project providing pro bono supervision to the worldwide community of volunteer coaches supporting workers impacted by recent U.S. government policies. Through the Rising Tides Supervision project, the collaborators practice hope as a discipline by resourcing these volunteer coaches and cultivating greater systemic coherence.

Kendra is accredited as a coach supervisor by the Coaching Supervision Academy. She also holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. Since leaving public service in 2025, Kendra continues to coach and supervise women in her private practice. She also continues her work as a professional creative and as an expert in natural resources law.
