Kelly developed a “leadership from the inside-out” philosophy over two decades of leading diverse teams through significant transition, including the dot-com boom and bust, mergers, acquisitions, and privately-held to ESOP ownership re-structures. She earned the moniker “Coach Kelly” from one of her teams and became a Puget Sound Business Journal “40 under Forty” leadership honoree, which affirmed her long-term vision to make her passion for developing leaders and teams the central focus of her work. Clients describe Kelly as a “gifted systems thinker” with a unique blend of senior executive experience, strategic perspective, deep listening and keen insight. In 2014 she received the “Coach of the Year, Washington State” award from the International Coach Federation for her work with a Seattle-based family foundation.
