I am a Coaching Supervisor and Coach Trainer with International Coaching Academy, and I bring more than two decades of experience in coaching, facilitation, and performance improvement. I am the founder of Potentials Realized, a global coaching and learning company established in 2004, and a recognized thought leader in group and team coaching, having coined the term Coaching Many™.

I am the author of multiple books on coaching, including Effective Group Coaching and From One to Many, and I have trained thousands of coaches globally. My background includes work in international and multi-country contexts, including leadership roles within the United Nations system, which informs a deep appreciation for systems, culture, and complexity.

At the heart of my supervision work is a simple belief: conversation is the currency of change—and supervision is where meaningful learning and integration take place.

I bring coaching experience from across a wide variety of clients.
