Jeff Nally is an executive coach, coach supervisor, and advocate for growing coaching supervision in the Americas. He is a certified coach supervisor through the Goldvarg Consulting Group’s Coaching Supervision Certification. Jeff created and leads a class on the neuroscience of supervision, Coaching Supervision with the Brain in Mind. He is the President of Nally Group Inc. creating no-nonsense neuroscience solutions with leaders and teams to be more human at work. Jeff is the Group Coaching Product Specialist at CoachSource where he designs group coaching for corporate clients worldwide.

Jeff is also an Engagement Manager at CoachSource where is leads the external coaching practice for several companies. Jeff earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown College and an MBA from Georgia State University. Jeff is a Professional Certified Coach through ICF and completed his coach training with The NeuroLeadership Group. Jeff is a co-author of Rethinking Human Resources and Humans@Work with other coaches and thought leaders. Jeff volunteers to advance the human resources and coaching professions. He is a past chair of the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management State Council and a past president of the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management.

Jeff is a volunteer board member for the International Coach Federation Ohio Valley Charter Chapter and The Society for Human Resource Management Foundation. He is a member of Metro United Way’s Board of Directors and is the former chair and a current member of Spalding University’s School of Business Advisory Board. Jeff is a board member at Stand Beside Them Inc., where he volunteers to coach veterans.
