Jackie Hodgins is an executive coach, coach supervisor, facilitator, and organizational development consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and individuals reach their full potential and gain clarity by navigating through transition and complexity. She brings a systems and strengths-based approach to help others achieve personal and business results. Jackie is a trusted coach and consultant supporting leaders in various industries with experience in Fortune 50 high-tech , Fortune 500 companies, and start up companies.

Jackie has passion to support leaders, one-on-one, through times of transition, change and self-discovery. She has experience in topics on leadership, culture transformation, team performance and trust, organizational development, and creating a culture and excellence of coaching.

Jackie is a graduate from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF, PCC). She is a graduate of the Coach Supervision Program from Coaching Supervision Academy (EMCC, ESIA & EIA). Jackie splits her time between Arizona and Vancouver Island. Jackie loves to learn. She enjoys reading, the outdoors, yoga, the beach, and time with family and friends.
