Diana Ajzen is a founding partner of Possibilia®, a consulting firm specializing in Leadership Development and Organizational Coaching and an associate of RSM® in these areas. Diana Ajzen holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a master’s degree from the UNAM in Pedagogy and Specialties in Educational Technology and Human Development. He also obtained a master’s degree in Coaching from the University of London in Mexico. She is certified as a Coach by the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC) as well as MCC (Master Certified Coach) by the ICF (International Coach Federation). She is currently Executive and Organizational Coach, Leadership Consultant and HighPerformance Team Trainer.
He has worked in face-to-face and e-learning in programs with the Universidad Anáhuac, the Universidad Iberoamericana, as well as in companies and organizations.
Diana has extensive experience working with national and global companies. She is now also a founding member and director of “Coaching with Vision”®, a company that specializes in the development of leadership to middle managers through the training of coaches with different disabilities who work remotely with their clients.
Through dealing with people with different needs and working with families and companies, she has developed intervention and teaching techniques that have a strong impact in supporting its clients to see possibilities, coordinating actions to take them to get results and success. Her ability to recognize communication networks and the quality of relations they create allows her to challenge beliefs and paradigms effectively and with excellent results. Individual and group work is passionate, as well as what has to do with getting people to distinguish their potential and work on it. Diana has worked with executives, entrepreneurs and public servants in various areas and levels of operation, combining systemic / organizational and ontological approach.
She confronts its clients with their beliefs and paradigms and promotes the development of leadership and organizational competencies, with excellent results in decision-making and in the management of its teams.
