Deborah is a certified, 17-year veteran of professional coaching. She is an independent practitioner-researcher, having spent three years as a Doctoral candidate in Leadership and Coaching Psychology and holding a Master of Education in Adult Education.
Her credentials include Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through The International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP), credentialed through the Career Development Practitioners Certification Board of Ontario (CDPCBO). I have additional training in Coaching Supervision as Reflective Practice, ADHD Coaching, The Neuroscience of Change, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness.
Deborah facilitates deep reflective dialogue with a diverse range of clients with intersectional identities including leaders and people at all levels of organizations, people of diverse cultural backgrounds, people who are neurodiverse, people with physical and developmental disabilities, cancer survivors, and people experiencing short term, episodic and lifelong mental health, and addictions issues.
Deborah’s values are: illuminate, accompany and flourish. These values enable Deborah to be the coach you want, who can help navigate the complexity of the moment, to ensure safe and non-judgmental space for all the human elements present in the coaching relationship and to consider all of this within a greater socio-political-economic systemic context.
