I am passionate about coaching, and especially passionate about supporting coaches in developing their practice, increasing their skills and growing their presence.

I am an executive coach, facilitator, educator, entrepreneur, family physician and perennial coaching student. My coaching work focuses on unlocking possibilities with individuals, teams and in organizations. I believe in working from strengths have found that our greatest opportunities for growth lie in developing from the places in ourselves in which we already have strong ability.

As a Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I bring a values-based approach to life and leadership, based on the belief that courage and vulnerability is inextricably linked, and that we can only truly rise from our challenges if we are willing to walk through our stories and integrate the lessons in them.

I am proud to be an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University, where I mentor coach students in the Graduate Certificate for Executive Coaching, and teach the Advanced Certificate in Group and Team Coaching program.
