Betsy is a team coach with over 30 years of experience in the private sector, government, and nonprofit sectors. She has served in leadership roles in both municipal government and regional nonprofit/philanthropy. She is active as both a mentor coach and coach supervisor, in addition to her work supporting teams as they navigate emergent changes. In her early career, she worked as a lead in telecommunications software. 

Over the years, she transitioned into working in the social sector, working  as an evaluation manager for the City and County of San Francisco and as the Vice President for Research and Insight (evaluation) for United Way of the Bay Area.  Since 2013, she has focused her energy in both individual and team coaching.
