How to navigate the lockdown with peace and stability as supervisors?
The Coronavirus pandemic put us in “pause” a temporary stop. Generally, when we move past ‘pause,’ we continue in the same direction. Isn’t it? Except that this time we can’t continue on the same path as usual. The emotions are stronger than never uncertainties, tensions, fears, anxiety… We can’t ignore them anymore.
This is the time to take care of us. Every severe challenge brings a gift, an opportunity if we take the time to feel into it. It is time. It is our time to reconnect with our hard emotions to transcend them and find deep confidence inside us to be a mindful supervisor.
