Francine Campone, Ed.D. MCC is a coach, mentor coach (ICF Registry) and coaching supervisor (Diploma) working with professionals in diverse sectors. As a coach, Francine offer over 25 years of experience supporting leaders and mid-career professionals to make successful transitions into new roles, organizational frameworks, and career stages.
Experience/ Training: As an ICF approved mentor coach and assessor for PCC and MCC credentials, Francine supports coaches to align their skills with professional standards as well as supporting their individual growth as practitioners. Francine is a graduate of Coaching Supervision Academy North America. Her mentoring experience extends over 18 years, including work with learners in ACTP programs as well as non-affiliated coaching seeking certification. Her work as a coaching supervisor incorporates reflective experiential learning and reflects a background in both coaching research and adult learning principles.
Services Offered: Francine offers individual and small group supervision to external and internal coaches; individual coach mentoring;consulting, designing and delivering coaching skills programs to groups and organizations. Her approach integrates reflective and experiential learning, coupled with a deep familiarity with mindfulness practices and the wonderful complexity of behing human.
Education: In addition to the MCC credential and the Diploma in Coaching Supervision (North American Coaching Supervision Academy), Francine holds a doctorate (EdD.) from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a background in coaching-related research. She is a qualified assessor for the ICF for PCC and MCC exams and a regular participant in the Assessor Community learning webinars.
